Bautec is on national as well as at international level the leading construction-political trade fair. On account of the successful system group of building cover and building technology her competence on the future field "Construction and Energy" will further develop bautec in. The common presentation of exhibitors from the building material and construction system branch as well as the energy, heating and climate technology promote the efficiency of a fair visit of professional visitors and developers. Also a central concern of architects and project planners, designers and sociologists is the town planning of the future. Thus the new building will play a role on bautec in BVeside the „construction in the continuance“ increasingly again.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 16. February to 19. February 2016, about 502 exhibitors from 17 countries and 35000 visitors on the bautec in Berlin.
The upcoming edition of bautec, one of Germany’s major trade fairs for building and construction technology, will take place from 18 to 21 February 2020 at Messe Berlin. Over 500 exhibitors from 20 countries and more than 40,000 visitors will attend bautec 2020. Focused on sustainability and energy saving, the fair will once again attract decision makers .
The supporting programme of bautec 2020 will feature symposia, congresses and forums, addressing trends and innovations in construction and the related industries.
